Kickbox

While Kickboxing and Muay Thai are very similar in terms of technique and fighting styles, they heave major differences that differentiates them from eachother and other sports.

Kickboxing utilizes the 4-point striking system (punches and kicks)

Muay Thai

Muay Thai utilizes the 8-point striking system (punches, kicks, knees, elbows) and the ‘full’ clinch.

Tae-Bo

Trainer: Suat Yildirim


Tae Bo is a total body fitness system that incorporates martial arts techniques such as kicks and punches.

BF Savate

Trainer: Suat Yildirim


Also known as French boxing or French footfighting.
It is a combat sport that uses the hands and feet.
Unlike Muay Thai, here is only the foot itself allowed and not the shin or knee.

Shootfighting incorporates techniques from a multitude of traditional martial arts, the most principal of these being Muay Thai and catch wrestling.

Kids Club

Special classes designed for kids that stimulate Fitness, Self Confidence, Self Discipline and Self Defense.
Ages 6-12 are considered 'kids'. Anyone older is welcomehe the other classes.
